Rock Construction completed exterior and interior remodeling of the Historic Odd Fellows building located at 930 W. Douglas in Delano. Also known as The Westside IOOF Lodge, 928 and 930 W. Douglas. The building sat vacant for years prior to being purchased in Feb 2017 by a private investor group who hired 3 Ten Studios for the design and Rock Construction to complete exterior and interior remodeling for several tenants including Leslie’s Coffee Shop, No Coast Salon, Pointe Guard Management and Executive Office Suites that share a common break room and meeting space.
