Repeat Customer, Relocated buildings from Old Wild West World to Corner of Tyler and Kellogg. Multiple Tenant finishes to include Chiropractic Space, Wildflower Therapies, and others. As well as a full remodeled the Holland Paving interior space.

The strip center that this Chiropractor is located in contains buildings that were part of Wild West World in Park City. Rock Construction moved these structures to Kellogg & Tyler and made necessary renovations so they would be up to code.

Restaurant Space:

As one of the buildings brought over from Wild West World, this was not suitable for a restaurant. Rock Enterprises will be renovating it to be functional as such. To do so we will have to knock out some walls and replace them, add a cooler, provide lighting throughout, tile the kitchen area, plus stain and paint the floors and walls in the lobby. This transformation will be accomplished in 6 months and includes HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
